Derivatives Product Specialist

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Derivatives Product Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the growth of our derivatives product portfolio across various markets.

As a key member of our sales and trading team, you will leverage your deep understanding of derivatives markets to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with institutional clients, and contribute to the success of Cboe's global derivatives platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our derivatives product offerings, focusing on both listed and over-the-counter (OTC) products across various asset classes.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the derivatives space.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless product launches and regulatory adherence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and pension plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of derivatives products and strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within the derivatives market.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in the derivatives trading or sales space, with a strong understanding of US Derivatives products.
  • Extensive experience in European derivatives markets, encompassing both listed and OTC products, including vanilla and exotic options and structured notes.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and execute complex derivatives transactions, leveraging new indices and listed futures.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
