Director of Learning

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Learning in English to join our team at Star Radcliffe Academy. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a knowledge-based academic curriculum that inspires and motivates our students.
As a seasoned teacher and leader, you will have a proven track record of improving standards and raising pupil outcomes. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a successful faculty, drawing on your extensive teaching and leadership experience.
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about education and committed to making a real difference in the lives of our students. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic leader who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
About the AcademyStar Radcliffe Academy is a new secondary school opening in September 2024. We are part of the Star Academies trust, a high-performing multi-academy trust that runs over 30 primary and secondary schools. Our academy is committed to providing a knowledge-based education that inspires and motivates our students to succeed.
