About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education and Training Specialist to join our team at the LMP Group. As an Education and Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive apprenticeship programs that meet the needs of our learners and employers.
    • Ensure that all programs are delivered to a high standard, meeting the requirements of the relevant awarding bodies.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that all programs are meeting the required standards.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure continuous quality enhancement.
  • Learner Support
    • Provide high-quality support to learners, including initial assessment, IAG, diagnostic, teaching-learning-assessment, and classroom delivery.
    • Ensure that all learners have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learner progress and program delivery.
    • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Subject-specific industry qualifications at level 3 or above.
    • Teaching, learning, and assessment qualification (e.g., Assessor Awards Certificate in Education).
  • Experience
    • Three years' experience as a school business manager or similar role in a school and/or academy.
    • Five years' experience of working in an education, training, and development environment.
    • Managing the full learner journey, including initial assessment, IAG, diagnostic, teaching-learning-assessment, and classroom delivery.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
