Job Title: Apprenticeship Delivery Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team at Innovate Awarding as an Apprenticeship Delivery Supervisor. This role will involve working with our team to deliver high-quality apprenticeship assessments and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement qualification assessments and examinations across various sectors
  • Develop and implement product and service policies, processes, and procedures at an organisational level
  • Maintain and raise standards in assessment and/or assessment delivery
  • Review the performance of assessment tools
  • Manage a remote associate workforce
What You Will Bring:
  • Operational implementation of new qualifications and quality endorsement services
  • Lead on the delivery of external assessments
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage the administration of examinations
  • Point of contact for examination enquiries
  • Support External Quality Assurers (EQAs)
  • EQA activity management
  • Technology utilisation and system improvement
  • Examination process and procedure
  • Work-based Learning and RQF qualifications
  • The role of the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) including how to ensure organisational compliance
  • Understanding of the role of Ofqual and Awarding Organisations within the context of Apprenticeship Standards and qualifications
  • Understanding of national, risk-based assessment systems/regulatory frameworks/best practice
  • A complete understanding of the key validity and reliability issues associated with different assessment methodologies.
  • Regulatory knowledge and understanding with the ability to drive positive process change
  • A good understanding of the implications of existing and new assessment models for customers.
  • Project Management - issues, approaches, tools & strategies; pitfalls & case studies
