Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering high-quality patient services.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the clinic is fully compliant with CQC regulations and standards.
- Lead on incident management, safeguarding alerts, referrals, and complaints.
- Oversee staff management and performance to guarantee the continuation of top-caliber clinical and customer services.
- Maintain regular liaison with the local CQC team and ICB to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and manage activity plans for the SBU, ensuring service pathways and capacity and demand analysis is understood.
- Background in healthcare management with a minimum of one year of experience as a clinic manager in an Ophthalmology setting.
- CQC registration and knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
