About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Associate Director to join our Products team at PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in preparing marketing materials and legal documents, as well as bespoke proposal documents to support equity fundraising for our infrastructure and/or real estate funds.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Materials and Proposal Development
    • Work closely with senior Product Development professionals to prepare high-quality marketing materials and legal documents.
    • Develop bespoke proposal documents to support equity fundraising for our infrastructure and/or real estate funds.
  • Project Management
    • Project manage the marketing process of individual products, taking ownership of preparation and maintenance of product and corporate marketing collaterals.
    • Ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials and proposals.
  • Client Support and Communication
    • Respond to requests for information and due diligence queries from clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide excellent communication and support to clients and internal teams.
  • Operational Efficiency and Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within the Global Client Solutions team.
    • Develop and implement solutions to enhance business systems, information management, and governance structures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience and Skills
    • More than 5 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally within an infrastructure-focused investment management business.
    • Relevant experience can include client services, investor relations, or business development.
    • Familiarity with responding to RFI/DDQs and producing marketing materials, as well as an understanding of the sales process and regulatory and operational frameworks.
  • Personal Qualities and Abilities
    • Confident communication style and well-developed people management skills.
    • Natural ability to develop relationships, internally and externally.
    • Positive, proactive approach to work and ability to perform in a driven team.
    • Highly self-motivated approach to work and desire to help mentor junior members of the team.
    • Analytical nature with impeccable attention to detail and time-management.
    • Strong administrative skills and competency in all Microsoft packages, with excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent English is a must; German language skills are helpful.
