About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our luxury nursing home in Gosforth-Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
  • Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that the home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
  • A caring nature with ability to give everyone a personal approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
  • Work well under pressure without negative impact to those around you.
  • Resilient and adaptable to differing needs of colleagues and residents
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working within health care sector
  • Management / Leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable)
  • Hold an NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN - Essential
