Join HC-One as a Deputy Home Manager

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide exceptional care
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents

Requirements:

  • Valid Pin number
  • Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice
  • Background in person-centred care planning within a care home
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
