About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing specialist nursing support and advice to ensure the highest standards of clinical care are met
  • Supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues
  • Managing resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Contributing to the development of our team members through training and mentoring

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid Pin number
  • Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice
  • A background in person-centred care planning within a care home
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
