About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Senior Manager to join our Insurance Group in London. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance on a wide range of Actuarial issues, including assurance services, external and internal audit, corporate governance and risk advisory, regulatory advisory, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical actuarial expertise to clients, including assurance services, external and internal audit, and corporate governance.
  • Lead and manage Actuarial teams, including student actuaries, to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior managers, directors, and partners.
  • Identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, and advise clients accordingly.
Requirements
  • Significant insurance actuarial experience and a qualified insurance actuary.
  • Strong technical actuarial knowledge and a high standard of IT literacy.
  • Influencing skills both internally and externally, with experience in delegation and overseeing/reviewing the work of student actuaries.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
