About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neighbourhood Management Officer to join our team at South Liverpool Homes. As a key member of our community engagement team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize your workload to ensure effective delivery of neighbourhood plans, estate management, and improvement activities.
  • Provide visible and accessible support and engagement to our tenants and communities, ensuring all customers are treated fairly and their views are acted upon.
  • Work proactively to manage your caseload in relation to tenancy and estate matters, responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of neighbourhood plans, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve our vision of Great homes. Strong communities. Bright futures.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar neighbourhood management/housing role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize your workload, problem-solve, accurately maintain records, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of housing management practices, including tenancy management, estate maintenance, and community engagement.
