We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Training Administrator to join our team at Reed. The successful candidate will work closely with the training manager and departmental managers to ensure that all training courses are booked and records are meticulously maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and organize training at relevant course centers, ensuring certificates of competence are up-to-date.
  • Ensure that training options are cost-effective while maintaining high standards.
  • Carry out computer input of information to maintain accurate records.
  • Compose and send out employee communications regarding training and development.
  • Liaise with employees about their training needs and future courses.
  • Record sensitive data, including medicals and HAVs assessments, with a high level of confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Training administration experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and record-keeping.
