About the Role:
MTrec Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Contract Management: Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, manage contract renewals, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective communication with customers, respond to queries, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Manage timesheets, process invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Logistics: Coordinate service visits, manage job diaries, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including maintenance reports and vehicle records.
- General Administration: Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Sound business knowledge and understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
