Customer Service Manager - Retail

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the shop feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Urging safer gambling practices and promoting responsible betting habits.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Help customers navigate our products and betting terminals, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Work collaboratively with the Shop Manager and team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain high shop standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
