We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial viewings to successful tenancies.
About the Role:
We are a family-owned market leading agency covering Windsor, Datchet and the surrounding villages. Our dedicated team is passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage viewings and negotiate tenancies
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and tenants
- Process lettings applications and conduct credit checks
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in residential lettings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and own car
What We Offer:
A competitive basic salary in the region of £20,000, plus on-target earnings of £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. We also offer a generous car allowance and opportunities for career development.
