Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Planner to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a Supply Chain Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of supply chain projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Customer Development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain projects
  • Define and develop network activities, innovation planning processes, and ensure delivery of key activities on time and in full
  • Ensure agile delivery of ideas into launch, through test launch and scale-up
  • Responsible for delivering OTIF projects with incremental turnover and margin improvements
  • Work closely with Planning Control Tower teams for planning activities
  • Ensure the SKU portfolio is regularly reviewed, ensuring we address delist, margin improvement, or volume/MOQ correction
  • Work closely with all SC functions to ensure delivery of SC-related activities on time and in full as part of the network
  • Keep an eye on new trends from consumers based on inputs from marketing and ensure a supply solution through 3 PM procurement
  • Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant
  • Responsible for growing and nurturing talent, including succession planning, ensuring the organization is fit to win short and long term
  • Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within the organization as well as externally across various key stakeholders and organizational bodies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Innovation Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or an R&D innovation-focused role
  • Demonstrated conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure with autonomy
  • The ability to effectively lead and engage cross-functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working with Microsoft Project and building networks/timelines
  • Experience in project management
