We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Executive to join our team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders for UK retailers and international markets, ensuring timely delivery of stock.
- Communicate daily with retailers to resolve shortages, delays, and order queries.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers to ensure stock collection and delivery meet expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Raise required documentation for UK and international markets, liaising with local authorities and suppliers.
- Manage lead times with suppliers for bespoke international markets.
- Produce regular reporting to explain operational performance.
- Support all areas of the business and participate in ad-hoc projects.
