We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Planner to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, procurement, and customer development, to ensure seamless execution of innovation projects.
  • Define and develop network activities, innovation planning processes, and ensure timely delivery of key activities.
  • Ensure agile delivery of ideas into launch, through test launch and scale-up.
  • Responsible for delivering on-time-in-full (OTIF) projects with incremental turnover and margin improvements.
  • Work closely with planning control tower teams for planning activities.
  • Ensure the SKU portfolio is regularly reviewed, addressing delist, margin improvement, or volume/MOQ correction.
  • Work closely with all supply chain functions to ensure delivery of supply chain-related activities on time and in full.
  • Keep an eye on new trends from consumers, based on inputs from marketing, and ensure a supply solution through 3PM procurement.
  • Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant.

  • Responsible for growing and nurturing talent, including succession planning, to ensure the organization is fit to win short and long term.
  • Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within the organization, as well as externally across various key stakeholders and organizational bodies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in innovation planning, supply planning, demand planning, or an R&D innovation-focused role.
  • Demonstrated conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure with autonomy.
  • The ability to effectively lead and engage cross-functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Project and building networks/timelines.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong Excel skills.
