Human Resources Officer


Purpose Summary:

To provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to all staff, ensuring the implementation of the company's HR strategy and delivering exceptional HR service.

Our client, CONNECT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS LIMITED, is seeking a skilled HR professional to support the HR team in delivering a first-class HR service.


Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Attract, select, and onboard top talent to support the company's growth and success.

• Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.

• General Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

• Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reports.

• Payroll: Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.

• Management Information: Provide HR insights and analytics to inform business decisions.

• Health and Safety: Promote a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.


Person Specification:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Proactive and flexible, with a solutions-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.


Requirements:

• Good generalist HR skills, gained in a fast-paced commercial or finance organization.

• CIPD membership preferred.

• Computer literate, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with HR systems and databases.

Previous HR experience, including payroll, health and safety, HR systems, employee relations, and recruitment and selection, is highly desirable.
