Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per year.

The successful candidate can come from various backgrounds, including:

  • Learning and Development (L&D)
  • Human Resources
  • Recruitment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with recruitment processes, including candidate vetting, interview coordination, and employment contract issuance.
  • Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
  • Compile and maintain accurate employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
  • Process payroll and assist with employee compensation and benefits documentation.
  • Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Enter employee data into a computer database.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations.
  • Write and submit reports on general HR activities.
  • Oversee HR events and meetings, and coordinate management-employee communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.

A CIPD qualification is desirable.
