NHS Professionals is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to support our HR functions at Upton Hospital in Slough. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our human resources policies and practices align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition.
  • Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to employee information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in the development of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Advisor or similar position.
  • Familiarity with HR software applications such as Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and best practices within human resources is essential.
