About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with neurological, orthopaedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist holistic assessments and OT interventions to patients in their own homes and on-site gym.
  • Offer expert advice and clinical recommendations to multidisciplinary teams on the holistic provision of OT.
  • Support junior staff and provide guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Person Specification
  • Essential:
    • Experience of working at B5/B6 level.
    • Experience of previous NHS work.

    • Experience of ordering and assessing equipment needs.
