Assistant Online Trading Manager - Personal Care

Salt is partnering with a leading personal care brand to drive their Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) transformation.

This role will see you work closely with the DTC Manager, as part of the wider Ecommerce Team, to manage all aspects of the online store.

You will be responsible for:

  • Merchandising and promotions to drive sales performance
  • Overseeing eCommerce Strategy development and execution
  • Conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Implementing A/B testing to optimize site performance
  • Collaborating with supply chain, marketing, and other teams
  • Planning and executing promotional campaigns

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem, preferably with experience in Shopify.
