Job Summary
Steer Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Apprentice Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our accident repair centre, you will play a crucial role in assessing and repairing damaged vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs required
- Develop and implement repair plans to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition
- Work closely with senior technicians and managers to ensure high-quality repairs and excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Grade 4 or above in Maths and English
- Previous experience in the automotive industry (desirable)
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm
- Commitment to completing a 3-year apprenticeship
