Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Associate to join our team at Selfridges. As a Brand Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience, and effectively managing complaints.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including fragrances, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Sales and Service Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to work in different departments and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a strong passion for fragrances and a desire to develop in-depth knowledge of our products.
