Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the delivery and operational team to develop and implement high-quality learning materials and resources.
  • Monitor and report on learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Participate in Continual Professional Development (CPD) and actively encourage productive participation in CPD across the team.
Requirements
  • Qualified to Master level.
  • CIPD qualified with active membership.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisation and influencing skills.
