Job Title: Level 7 Room Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Level 7 Room Assistant to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's office premises.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of client meeting rooms, washrooms, kitchens, and surrounding areas.
  • Perform deep cleans as required, using buffers and carpet cleaners to remove stains.
  • Regularly check and disinfect premises to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Remove waste, replenish consumables, and attend to reactive jobs (spillages).
  • Provide excellent customer service while working with clients and their staff.
  • Collect and return crockery, cutlery, and other items from meeting rooms.
  • Liaise with the Front of House Team to coordinate meeting room cleaning.
  • Conduct regular spot checks and cleaning of washrooms.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests for moving furniture and setting up events.

Person Specification:

  • Must be well-presented and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Have a can-do attitude, be polite, and approachable.
  • Be hardworking, proactive, and have a good timekeeping and attendance record.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in cleaning and working in a hospitality or commercial environment.
