Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Work closely with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on how to mitigate potential risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in commercial insurance, ideally within an insurance broker or underwriting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, including liability, motor fleet, and cyber insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
