  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and provide training and guidance where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Experience: Previous experience within the insurance industry is essential, preferably within an insurance broker or commercial underwriting background.
  • Key Skills: Strong IT, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desirable Skills: Proficiency in Acturis or similar insurance software would be an advantage.
