We are seeking a talented Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Capio Recruitment Insurance. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial clients, including renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in commercial insurance, working with a successful and growing insurance broker in Leicester. You will have the chance to work alongside friendly and experienced staff, who will mentor and support you in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial client enquiries, including renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments
- Build strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the commercial team to develop and implement business strategies
- Contribute to the growth and development of the commercial team
Requirements:
- Insurance background with commercial experience
- CII exams desirable, but support towards exams can be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
