About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking HR Strategy Lead to oversee our human resources initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual with comprehensive HR expertise who is eager to elevate their professional journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, attendance oversight, performance management facilitation, HR record maintenance, reporting, and payroll support.
- Drive talent management and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure that all organizational HR policies are current and effectively communicated to all employees.
- Oversee internal recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
Recent experience in generalist HR roles and/or a CIPD qualification is essential.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
