Academy HR Director

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious HR Manager to lead our HR function and drive employee satisfaction across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to Senior Management and Line Managers on HR-related matters
- Manage absence and attendance, including investigations and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including issuing starter packs and contracts
- Lead HR projects, including TUPE transfers and annual appraisals
- Maintain and develop our Investors in People accreditation
- Contribute to recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Proven experience in HR, with a track record of success in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and regulations
- Direct supervision of a team of 4 staff members
