HR Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious HR Manager to join our Senior Management Team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of job satisfaction for our employees, which is a prime objective of our Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive employee engagement and retention
- Champion and lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
- Advise and guide Senior Management and Line Managers on HR-related matters
- Manage absence control and investigations, disciplinaries, and appeals
- Coordinate the issuance of new employee starter packs and contracts
- Lead one-off HR projects, including TUPE
- Coordinate annual appraisals and performance reviews
- Maintain and develop our Investors in People program
- Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record as an HR Generalist with a strong understanding of UK employment law
- Direct supervision of 4 staff members
