Exciting Opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional building surveying duties, including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition and party wall.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert building surveying services to our clients, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer service.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant degree (RICS approved) and Chartered Building Surveyor status.
  2. Full driving licence and ability to travel to client sites.
  3. Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  4. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and NBS.
