This upmarket global real estate agency, Property Personnel, is currently recruiting for a Lettings Coordinator to join their teams in Harpenden & Rickmansworth. The successful candidate will split their time between the two offices, working closely with the Head of Department & Negotiators to provide exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring compliance standards are maintained
  • Sending out paperwork to Landlords
  • Creating and updating property details on the company systems
  • Booking Photography, Floorplans, EPCs through preferred suppliers and uploading these onto the system and website
  • Creating office marketing materials, such as window cards
  • Preparing marketing materials to promote the department to new clients, properties, and brand
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with incoming enquiries

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who pays attention to detail and can work effectively on their own and within a team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach and be willing to get involved in various projects.
