Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Development Product Owner to lead our ServiceNow product portfolio in a greenfield setup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, prioritizing feature development, and driving the roadmap to enhance service management capabilities and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow product portfolio, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align with strategic goals.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize feature development based on business value, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  5. Product Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  6. User Experience: Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
  7. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and drive customer-centric enhancements.
  8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  9. Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
  10. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product management staff, fostering their professional growth.
  11. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  12. Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product updates, enhancements, and roadmap.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Extensive experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on ServiceNow products, within a greenfield setup, preferably in an Agile DevSecOps and SRE environment.
  3. ITSM Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices.
  4. ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
