Job Summary
As a Financial Analyst - Project Support at IQVIA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of project financial data within our accounting system. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the loading of project budgets into our financial management system.
- Review and reconcile project budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage project payment schedules and ensure timely compliance with contract terms.
- Set up project and contract header information, configure project and contract modules, and establish billing/revenue limits.
- Monitor rate exception reports and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Complete project checklists throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor compliance reports and ensure timely reporting.
- Perform reconciliations as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in finance or a related field.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft Project and Microsoft Office.
- Technical accounting skills and data analysis skills.
- Ability to exercise judgment and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
