EYFS Lead

We are seeking an experienced and passionate EYFS Lead to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a key member of our primary school community, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Early Years Foundation Stage team to deliver high-quality education and care to our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our EYFS students, aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting collaboration, and supporting the growth and development of your team members.
- Pupil Progress and Support: Utilize assessment data to track pupil progress, provide targeted support, and ensure all learners make excellent academic and personal development.
- Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of our pupils.
- Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in EYFS.
- Curriculum Knowledge and Teaching Methodologies: A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for Teaching and Learning: A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
