Empowering Learning is seeking an experienced and dedicated EYFS Lead to join our team in a primary school in the Oldbury area. The school is a 2-form entry primary school looking for a strong and effective EYFS team leader to take on a temp to perm role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality EYFS lessons that engage, challenge, and inspire pupils, aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential.
- Utilize assessment data to track pupil progress, provide targeted support, and ensure all learners make excellent academic and personal development.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of pupils.
- Lead and manage the EYFS team to produce excellent results.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in EYFS.
- A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time role, commencing in November 2024 on a Temp to perm basis.
- Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
