Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality EYFS lessons that engage, challenge, and inspire pupils, aligned with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential.
  • Utilize assessment data to track pupil progress, provide targeted support, and ensure all learners make excellent academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of pupils.
  • Lead and manage the EYFS team to produce excellent results.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in EYFS.
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time role, commencing in November 2024 on a Temp to perm basis.
  • Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
