Job Summary

The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that support client acquisition and revenue growth. This will involve working closely with the Head of Marketing to create and execute multichannel campaigns that generate marketing-qualified leads and revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns
    • Lead the development and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

  • Content Strategy and Creation
    • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that covers all stages of the marketing funnel.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to create content that aligns with lead generation and sales goals.
  • Marketing Analytics and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze marketing activities to provide insights and demonstrate effective ROI.
    • Report on campaign results and recommend changes to improve performance against business goals.
  • Marketing Budget Management
    • Manage marketing budgets allocated to different channels to ensure value for money.
    • Track spend throughout the year and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Industry Research and Analysis
    • Identify industry events and opportunities that support brand awareness activities.
    • Report on trends and competitive landscape within the target markets.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing position, ideally targeting finance professionals.
  • Successful track record in developing marketing campaigns from idea creation to delivery.
  • Ability to think strategically, commercially, and practically.
  • Advanced knowledge of CMS, email marketing, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
  • A good understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Analytics.
  • Analytical and creative mindset with numerical confidence.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Interested in the finance, FinTech, and cash management space.
  • Positive, passionate, and driven with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Self-motivated individual with a great sense of ownership and accountability.
