Your Role:

Your responsibilities will include:


• Ensuring the security and profitability of a portfolio of clients through effective management of accounts receivable
• Maintaining accurate records of accounts and delinquent clients through diligent oversight
• Engaging with clients while adhering to confidentiality agreements
• Conducting in-depth research on aged debts and prioritizing follow-ups on high-risk accounts
• Providing outstanding service to clients
• Identifying and escalating potential risks or opportunities related to your client portfolio to the appropriate parties
• Collecting essential financial information from clients, including PAYE, VAT, bank statements, management accounts, and aged creditors
