Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Change: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to achieve AFH's vision and strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to shape and deliver change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Change Management: Work with our digital transformation team to enable client, adviser, and enterprise adoption, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Risk Management: Identify and analyze business change risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation tactics to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
  • Change Management Expertise: Thorough knowledge of and experience in change management principles and methodology.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically, with a self-starter approach.
  • Business Acumen: Great organizational, project, and time management skills, with proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, and knowledge of models and forecasting.
