Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and suitably qualified Senior Planner to join our team based in Pembroke Dock, West Wales. The ideal candidate will have proficient skills in P6 Primavera and MS Project, with proven experience in an engineering design and/or planning role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation of complex project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project – maintain the cost and resource loading of each schedule.
  • Update project schedules, monitor critical path activities, key milestones, and end dates, and assist the company project team in the notification of potential early warnings.
  • Provide support and planning services for project engineering activities as required, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated.
  • Ownership of company resource planning.
  • Prepare updates of the project schedules within agreed time frames and report progress to project managers.
  • Support Project Managers in reporting key schedule information and analysis.
  • Monitor the implementation of programme policies and practices.
  • Collaborate as part of the project engineering team.
  • Work closely with engineering disciplines to ensure project forecasts are accurate.
