About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Relevant nursing qualifications and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Language Skills
