Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote effective communication and care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience in providing direct nursing care, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
