Aviation Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the Water/Wastewater and Fuels Sections. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a passion for excellence in maintenance management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating work assignments, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations, and maintaining a harassment-free work environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning work assignments based on general work schedules
- Establishing deadlines, priorities, and work sequences
- Coordinating work with supporting or related work functions controlled by other supervisors
- Determining the number and types of workers needed for specific projects
- Adhering to safety regulations and practices
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience within a similar role in Water, Wastewater, and Fuels. Experience in planning and managing workforce and projects is essential. Proficiency in the use and maintenance of hand and power tools is essential. A valid Category B driving license is required. Flexibility is important as you may need to work overtime or holidays on short notice. The role may involve exposure to weather, high noise levels, dust, and fumes while making visits and inspections of work sites.
