Job Description

EVP Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and contribute to the development of the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules on Electrical/Mechanical equipment.
  2. Manage and maintain a working knowledge of electrical systems, transformers, motors, and various types of motor control systems, PLC fault finding.
  3. Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance of plant manufacturing equipment for all Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical breakdowns.
  4. Develop and implement planned maintenance systems.
  5. Manage CAPEX projects.
  6. Conduct strong Mechanical/Electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting.
  7. Work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
  8. Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure maintenance schedules are met.
Requirements:
  1. Time served as an apprentice in a mechanical/electrical engineering background or HNC/HND qualified or equivalent.
  2. Experience with machine HMIs, PLCs, and diagnostics is desirable.
  3. Strong Mechanical/Electrical fault-finding mindset.
  4. Adaptable, flexible, and self-motivated individual.
