We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at RAF Lakenheath. As a key member of our Civil Engineer Squadron, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating work assignments, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations, and maintaining a harassment-free work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan work assignments based on general work schedules
  • Establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences
  • Coordinate work with supporting or related work functions controlled by other supervisors

Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience within a similar role within Water, Wastewater, and Fuels
  • Experience in planning and managing workforce and projects
  • Safety-conscious mindset and understanding of safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
  • Proficiency in the use and maintenance of hand and power tools
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and organize
  • Effective oral and written communication abilities
  • Valid driver's license, Category B driving license required
