Job Title: Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team at Next PLC. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure their child's needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and policies.
  • Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the nursery, including cleaning, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
