About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restructuring and Insolvency Specialist to join our team at Reach International Inc. in Reading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cases of various size and complexity, providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct business reviews for corporates and lenders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Support clients with business plans, short-term cash flow planning, and restructuring strategies.
  • Develop alternative options and contingency plans to mitigate risk and ensure business continuity.
  • Manage and develop exit strategies and options for clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Implement closure programs and AMA processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide internal support and technical input to the multi-disciplinary team, driving business growth and development.
  • Manage and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate will be qualified JIEB/CPI/ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
  • Corporate Insolvency/Restructuring experience gained in a practice firm or boutique.
  • Currently or recently at Manager level, with a proven track record of success.
